Buckwheat pancakes with cauliflower

It's a wonderful combination of buckwheat and cauliflower! Amazing taste! In these pancakes I used the remaining idle small kocherezhki. And products saved, and the dish is excellent. We are very pleased.
Ingredients for Buckwheat pancakes with cauliflower
- Cauliflower - 255 g
- Yogurt - 300 ml
- Cereals buckwheat - 7 tbsp
- Oatmeal - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Broth - 100 ml
- Soda slaked vinegar - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Buckwheat pancakes with cauliflower
For casseroles I used small florets of cauliflower, but kocherezhki left. And I decided to put them into action. To begin I boiled them in salted water for 10 minutes. Poured the broth into a separate Cup and left the cabbage a bit to cool off.
Have purerave in blender cabbage with yogurt. Put all the dry ingredients and eggs mixed and left for half an hour to infuse. During this time a couple of times shuffled.
Now we will use the broth from the cabbage. Pour it until until the dough will be the consistency oldavai. It took me 100 ml of broth. Added slaked soda, stir and leave for another 5 minutes. After baked in a well heated pan. First bake on oiled pan, and then was oven dry. Pancakes do not stick, well away from even a dry pan.
Here pancakes and ready. Ruddy, tender and with a wonderful buckwheat flavor.
