Ingredients for Jellied jellyfish ham
- Ham - 80 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Gelatin - 30 g
- Broth - 250 g
- Water - 400 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Cucumber - 2 PCs
- Salt
- Greens

Step by step instruction of cooking Jellied jellyfish ham

Soak gelatine in cold water.

Then combine with warm broth, bring mixture to a boil (do not boil!).

In mayonnaise add the cooked jelly, add salt and whisk.

The resulting mass is divided in half.
In one part add the chopped herbs,

And the other mix with tomato sauce.

Mayonnaise with herbs to put in greased with vegetable oil form, and cooling till gelling.

Diced ham and cucumbers.

Pour a mixture of mayonnaise with the tomato sauce and refrigerate until gelling.
