- Orange - 1 piece
- Cereals buckwheat - 1/2 stack.
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Flax seeds - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Water - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Porridge dessert with orange and cocoa
Grate the zest of one orange.
Then it squeeze the juice.
In a bowl pour the cereal.
Add to flakes, cocoa powder and flax seeds, stir.
Add sugar, salt, zest and orange juice, stir, pour boiling water, cover with a plate/lid and allow to infuse for 3 minutes.
Porridge turns out very tender, almost creamy. A little zest can be put aside for decoration. Serve immediately!
