- Pumpkin - 600 g
- Raisins - 100 g
- Prunes - 200 g
- Tofu - 200 g
- Soy milk - 1.5 stack.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Oat flakes - 0,5 stack.
- Honey - to taste
- Nuts - to taste
