Initially my plan was only rolls. But chicken skin (which I wrapped minced meat) is not enough for the entire quantity of meat. That turned more and chops double breaded. All this can and should prepare using the products of the company PHILIPS.

Remove the skins from the thighs, trying not to damage. If you make only rolls, no cakes, it is enough for half the meat.
Boil the rice until soft.
Meat separated from the bones. I crushed in the blender, as I wanted the meat was chopped. To the meat add the nuts.
In forcemeat add finely chopped onion and rice.
Season with salt and pepper - to taste. Add one egg.
The skins are spread, put the stuffing.
Rolls fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Now cakes. Of the remaining make stuffing patties.

Fry in vegetable oil. Also burgers can be cooked in a few (diet option), but without the breading. And rolls can be baked in the oven.
