Easy to prepare the salad of cauliflower, mushrooms, peas and green Apple with buttermilk dressing for a variety of everyday menu! This hearty salad can easily serve as a separate dish, and as an addition to the family dinner!

Cauliflower cook in boiling, salted water 7-8 minutes. Drain in a colander, drain off liquid and cool down.
To disassemble the arms or slice (whatever you like) into small florets.

Preheat a frying pan a little vegetable oil, fry the finely diced onions.

Mushrooms cut into slices (the size, choose according to your taste, I have pretty large pieces).

Once the onions become Golden, add the mushrooms.
Fry all together for 3-4 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

In a small bowl combine the florets of cauliflower and green peas.

Add to the vegetables. Mix well.

For dressing mix the yoghurt, French mustard with grains, lemon juice, black pepper and finely chopped greens, mix well.
