Hi all. This dish hundreds if not thousands of years. Everyone fancies himself a true connoisseur and professional in its preparation, arguing with them is pointless. So I have my preferences in the technique of its preparation. And we we're on skewer in the usual sense. For me, the barbecue can only be made from lamb, and because of the neck. And no vinegar of any kind. All very simple and elementary.
