This recipe I like for its simplicity and unusual taste. Delicate flavor, light and with a slight acidity that comes from olives.
Ingredients for Braised liver
- Liver pork - 300 g
- Green olives - 7 PCs
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Capers - 5 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 7 PCs
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Pepper white - 1 depot.
- Salt - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Braised liver

Take the liver, wash and drain.

Slice lengthwise, so the pieces get a medium and put aside.

Then on top of our vegetables to put the liver slices and cover with the lid. After 5 minutes, stir, add a little water, cover and leave on slow fire to stew for 20 minutes.
