Meatballs with Savoy cabbage

This dish is something between lazy cabbage rolls and the usual meatballs. Spending very little time on preparation, you will receive a delicious dinner for the whole family. Savoy cabbage, in my opinion, is more suitable in this case because it is sweeter than cabbage.
Ingredients for Meatballs with Savoy cabbage
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Savoy cabbages - 300 g
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Tomato - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1/2 PCs
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Meatballs with Savoy cabbage

To prepare the meatballs, you can use any meat: pork, beef, chicken, mixed.

My Savoy cabbage, remove the stalk, finely cut.

In a large bowl mix the mince and chopped Savoy cabbage. Add chopped onion, salt, ground black pepper, half of chicken egg. Well kneaded with the hands.

With tomato remove the skin. I put them in the blender and was milled into a puree.

Tomato puree, pour into a deep saucepan. Add soy sauce, vegetable oil and sugar, mix.

From stuffing to form small meatballs, put them in a saucepan. Put on the stove and put on medium heat for 35-40 minutes.
