I represent to Your attention a simple recipe for stuffed zucchini. Can be as a separate dish and a side dish to any meat.
Ingredients for Zucchini boats with carrot and cheese
- Zucchini - 2 PCs
- Adyghe cheese - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Figure - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 1..2 tbsp.
- Garlic - 1..2 tooth.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Zucchini boats with carrot and cheese

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, crush the garlic.
Fry all together in vegetable oil.

While roasting the carrots, prepare the other ingredients.
Zucchini peeled, cut in half, scrape out the middle, leaving a thin edge.

Adyghe cheese mash with a fork.

To the roasted carrots add 3 tbsp of boiled rice.
(Cereals preferably boiled beforehand, this will speed up the process of cooking. Also handy when cooking other rice dishes to freeze it a little.)
Add 1-2 tbsp soy sauce (focus on your taste). I used Light soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

Add the soft cheese. Mix well.
The stuffing is ready.
