Ingredients for Corn chowder
- Water - 1.5 l
- Offal - 0.5 kg
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Corn - 1 ban.
- Bay leaf
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Corn chowder
Hearts to clean and wash, add to the pot. Pour 1.5 liters of water and cook for 40 min.
Onions and carrots chop and fry in vegetable oil.
Add the tomato paste and sugar (if needed), stir, to give the oil again to boil.
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, add to the hearts. Cook for 10 min.
Add zazharku in the soup, boil Corn 5 minutes to open and together with the "brine" pour in the soup. Boil 10 min.
