The salad is very easy, all the ingredients harmoniously blend! The flavor is delicate, slightly spicy, with subtle hints of garlic with the chicken, cooked perfectly selected spices. Plus crispy crackers, sweet beet and mozzarella balls! In the salad there is nothing "extra" no mayonnaise dressings, only olive oil and balsamic vinegar, so it turns out tasty, tender and easy!
Ingredients for Chicken salad with beetroot and mozzarella
- Bread - 100 g
- Chicken fillet - 2 PCs
- Seasoning - 2 PCs
- Beets - 300 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Lettuce - 1 Puig.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Balsamic - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken salad with beetroot and mozzarella
The bread is cut into cubes of side 1,5-2 cm, fry in a pan or bake in the oven.
Chicken beats located on one half of the sheet for frying.
Cover with the second half of the sheet.
Fry on a dry pan for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked.

Beets boil/bake/ cook in the microwave, and then cut into slices.
Mozzarella balls cut in half if small, can not be cut.
Lettuce wash, dry, tear by hand and stacked on a plate.
