- Mushrooms - 100 g

- Tomato juice - 1 l
- Sour cream - 1/2 stack.
- Garlic - 3 tooth.

The meat (I had beef), chop.

Shredded cabbage, pour boiling water for 1-3 minutes. Drain the cabbage in a sieve, rinse with cold water and gently squeeze.
Boil the rice in salted water until tender.
