- Carrots - 200 g
- Pumpkin - 400 g
- Lentils - 100 g
- Figure - 50 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Porridge "Orange"
In a saucepan boil water, add carrots, cut into small dice. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
Slice the pumpkin in large cubes.
Mix together the oil and soy sauce. If necessary, add salt. The amount of sauce and salt and adjust to your taste. It is better to put less and then add to the finished dish than to salty or "perezhivanie". Especially if you use the sauce " Kikkoman". From all tested by me earlier soy sauces, the most flavorful, and it requires a much smaller amount than the others.
Pour this mixture in the pumpkin.
Put the pumpkin in a baking dish, previously lined with foil. "Pack" and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
The pumpkin is different, so time may need more or less. Also cooking time depends on the size of the cut: the bigger, the longer to bake.
To the carrots it is time to add the lentils, pre-soaked in cold water.
Bring to boil and cook on slow heat for another 5 minutes.
The next ingredient is rice. It should be carefully washed in cold water and add to the carrots and lentils. Bring to boil and cook on slow fire for another 15-20 minutes.
Left to put the porridge into a bowl, top with fragrant pumpkin and positive energy and vitamins!
