Ingredients for Salad with chicken liver and caramelized plums
- Chicken liver - 300 g
- Lettuce
- Drain - 4 PCs
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil
- Butter - 20 g
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
- Balsamic - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp.

Salad wash, dry, chop.

Chicken liver thoroughly washed, cut into small pieces. Stir fry quickly so that the liver remains soft and juicy.

Red onion slice. I was small so I took 2 pieces and safely cut rings.

Plum wash, cut, remove the seeds. You can leave the halves or cut into quarters.

*I pointed out 0,5 tsp sugar, but if you like sweet notes in these dishes - feel free to put more. Personally, I like it very much, so I put 1 tsp of sugar.
Put in pan with plums and cook on medium heat 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
