Chicken roll with cheese sauce

Simple but very tasty and tender loaf. You can safely apply for a festive table or for a romantic dinner.
Ingredients for Chicken roll with cheese sauce
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Cream - 100 ml
- Soft cheese - 40 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken roll with cheese sauce
Chicken fillet recapture in a thin layer. Garlic cut into slices. In a Cup mix the garlic, honey, oil and soy sauce. Add beated and marinate for 15 minutes.
For chicken spread cream cheese, roll roll.
Roll tightly wrap with cling film and put into the freezer for 15 minutes so the rolls frying not spun.
Roll and fry quickly in heated pan, place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 190C oven for about 10 minutes.
For the sauce heat the cream, add grated cheese, stir to melt cheese. You can add salt and pepper to taste.
Ready roll cut into 2 pieces and serve with sauce.
