Ingredients for Roast pork knuckle with cabbage
- Pork - 1 piece
- Adjika - 2 tbsp
- Mustard - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 5 tbsp
- Garlic - 7 tooth.
- Cabbage - 0,5 forks
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomatoes pureed - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Roast pork knuckle with cabbage

First prepare the marinade. To do this in a bowl, mix 4 tbsp soy sauce TM Kikkoman, mustard and adjika.
