- Pickled cucumber - 4 PCs
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Pumpkin - 300 g

- Brine - 1 Cup.
- Salt - to taste

- Bay leaf - 2 PCs

Step by step instruction of cooking Lamb stewed in brine

Leg of lamb, wash, dry.
