- Potatoes - 1000 g

- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Potatoes boiled-fried
Potato peel, wash, cut into 4 pieces. Fill with water, put in a pan 1 clove of garlic. Cook 4-5 minutes after boiling.
