Ingredients for Soup "seafood"
- Herring - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 50 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Figure - 80 g
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Lemon - to taste
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
- Leek - 0,5 PCs
- Broth - 2 l
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup "seafood"
Slice thinly the onion, passeruem in vegetable oil.
When the onions have become translucent, add the bell pepper strips. Cook on medium heat.
To podrumyanivaniya vegetables add seafood mix ( mussels, shrimp, squid and osmanoglu cut into small pieces). Fry, stirring, over high heat 5-7 minutes, add lemon.
I took 4 slices of lemon salt (from my previous recipe), cut them into strips.
Stir and add soy sauce. The natural fermentation sauce TM KIKKOMAN salty enough, it will be enough for soup, given the salty lemons. I recommend to focus on your taste. Stir the contents thoroughly, give evaporated the excess liquid.
Add the leek or just green feathers. Stir and remove from heat.
The broth from the previously boiled fish, drain. Pour into a saucepan a small amount of broth and add cooked rice, mix well. Add the remaining broth, put on fire, bring to a boil.
Add the vegetables with the shake, the fish pieces. Taste for acid and salt if necessary, add more sauce and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, add the greens.
