Soup "Remember the summer of"

This is a very tasty soup with lots of greens. Light but hearty! It can be called a diet, because there is nothing fried (only baked omelet). Cook it for a very long time. I hope you will like it too and I recall the scents of summer.
Ingredients for Soup "Remember the summer of"
- Broth - 2 l
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Green peas - 1 ban.
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Dill - 1 Puig.
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Onion - 0,5 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cilantro - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup "Remember the summer of"
Take three eggs,
Pour in 2 tbsp soy sauce ( I TM KIKKOMAN, it is quite salty, the eggs salt is not necessary), whisk with a fork until smooth, add 1 tbsp of water to the weight of the omelet was not that thick, add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped cilantro.
