Ingredients for Norwegian salmon salad on bread
- Pickled cucumber - 4 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Ketchup - 50 ml
- Sugar - 50 ml
- Carnation - 2 PCs
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Salmon - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Bread - to taste
- Lemon - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Norwegian salmon salad on bread
I did a half portion - it has 4 PCs.
Salmon cut into cubes 1 × 1 cm.
Gherkins and onions to cut small cubes.
For the filling, mix the ketchup, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, cloves and Bay leaf.
Salmon, onion and gherkins, pour dressing, mix well.
Lock it and put it in the fridge for a day.
We cut the bread.
Spread the salad on bread, decorate and serve.
