Black bread with caraway and flax seeds

Delicious and healthy bread. The crust is thin, the crumb fluffy and soft. The bread is similar in texture to the toast. Good to the first and second dishes, as well as for sandwiches or just with butter. Help yourself!
Ingredients for Black bread with caraway and flax seeds
- Rye flour - 60 g
- Flour - 400 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Yeast - 8 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Malt - 3 tbsp.
- Flax seeds - 3 tbsp.
- Cumin - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Black bread with caraway and flax seeds
Pour boiling water over the malt. Add salt, oil and sugar, mix well. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Add the yeast, mix well.
Add flax seeds and cumin, mix well.
Pour both types of flour and knead the dough.
Leave the dough in a warm place until it increases in volume by 2 times (1.5 hours). The to press down dough and spread in the form greased with vegetable oil. Give bread to rise (20 minutes for proofing).
Send the bread in the oven at 200*C until done (40 minutes). Check dry of a wooden skewer.
