A very simple recipe for savory muffins with cheese, ham and sun-dried tomatoes. If you are a vegetarian - you can slightly tweak the recipe by changing for themselves. For the recipe thank you Katalin paprika_andlife.
Ingredients for Muffins with sun-dried tomatoes
- Flour - 240 g
- Leavening agent - 2 tsp.
- Milk - 240 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Butter - 25 g
- Sundried tomatoes - 30 PCs
- Dutch cheese - 65 g
- Ham - 65 g
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Muffins with sun-dried tomatoes
In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, sift through a sieve, then add salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter and eggs.
Add grated cheese, chopped ham and sun-dried tomatoes.
For vegetarians, you can exclude the cheese and ham, replacing them, for example, olives.
The resulting mass to connect with the flour and gently stir (do not beat). If the dough is too thick, add a little milk.
Put the dough into molds, filling them no more than two-thirds.
Bake in the oven preheated to 190°, for 20-25 minutes, until Golden brown.
