Ingredients for Pie with black currant
- Butter - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 100 g
- Yogurt - 200 ml
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Soda - 1/2 tsp.
- Black currants - 300 g
- Potato starch - 1 tbsp

I took a square silicon form 22*22, it was great for the amount of ingredients. Therefore, I recommend to take a smaller shape, then the pie will turn out more magnificently.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Till top. When serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cake is not too sweet, with a light walnut-currant finish. Nutty flavor baking gives fried breadcrumbs.
