This recipe was invented in explanation of a trip to Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar (Burma), but in fact it originates from Chinese cuisine. Very hearty and quick soup when it is necessary to perekusit in haste. All the ingredients are usually on hand. It is prepared on chicken broth with the addition of shrimp. The broth can take the ready (I take organic, but not necessarily).
