Herring thaw, wash, put in a suitable size container.
To prepare brine:
In 0,5 l of warm water add salt, sugar, pepper, Bay leaf. Stir thoroughly.
To the herring add the brine.
Close the lid or plate so that the herring was pressed to the bottom. From above to put oppression. Leave for 1 day in a warm room.
The next day, herring put on 2 days in the refrigerator. I order my fridge smelled of herring, and does not take up much space, shift it in a jar.
After 2 days the herring is ready, you can cut and eat.
