- Sour cream - 60 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.

To prepare the salad I used long grain rice Orient, because when cooked it keeps its shape and is not sticky. It should boil in salted water with the addition of turmeric. I used 160 ml of water. If you prefer to cook in a large quantity of water, must then fold the rice in a colander. The rice cool.
Soak gelatine 50 ml (1/4 Cup) cold water. Leave on for 30 minutes.
Eggs cook. Separate the whites from the yolks and chop them separately ( I do this with a fork).
Shrimp and cucumber finely chop.
Bowl (1 litre) to make the film.
Lay the sliced salmon (salmon). I used 2 packs in the ingredients indicated net weight.
Cream cheese mix with mayonnaise and sour cream. Whisk immersion blender.
Gelatin dissolve in a water bath and pour a thin stream in cheese while whisking.
