Chicken rice based on the Julien

The dish is very reminiscent of classic Julien. Only I added the rice with quinoa TM Mistral and serving more Julien. Festive, beautiful and delicious!
Ingredients for Chicken rice based on the Julien
- Figure - 6 tbsp.
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- Mushrooms - 6 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 20 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Wholegrain wheat flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper - 0,25 tsp.
- Cheese - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken rice based on the Julien

Boil the rice following the directions on the package.
I needed for forms in 3 tbsp boiled basmati rice with quinoa. Put it on the bottom of the forms.

In a saucepan melt the butter and put finely cut bulb onion. Gilded it. Put the onions to chicken pieces. Fry all a bit.

Added mushrooms, chopped "mushrooms". Made to the complete evaporation of liquid.

In a bowl combined the cream with whole wheat flour and salt to taste. Thoroughly mixed and poured into the pot. Cooked until thick cream. This fast 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, if considered that it is not salty, but do not forget about cheese. Optional pepper. I added a little fresh-ground black pepper.
