- Turn the oven on 180 gr.

- Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer until the weight increase by 2-3 times. Consistency should be airy. The whisking for about 5 minutes. A thin stream, continuing to whisk, introduce the butter, then the milk. To introduce into the mixture the sifted flour with the baking powder. Beat with a mixer until smooth, but not for long, otherwise the cake will not be fluffy. Add chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts), and coconut flakes. Stir spatulas.
