Potatoes cleaned, boil in salted water until tender. Hot potato crumple into a puree and leave to cool.

In the cooled potatoes, add the butter at room temperature, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
The amount of salt depends on how salty cheese, adjust to your taste.

Cheese grate on a fine grater.

Add to potato ground cheese, sifted flour. Do not hammer the dough with flour, it may need slightly less or slightly more. Knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular formation. The thickness of it depends on what sticks you want to get a crispy or soft.
I have not rolled out thinly about 1 cm.
Cut into thin strips.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until Golden color.
Served cooled.
