Ingredients for Liver paste with soya jelly
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Beef liver - 500 g
- Fat - 50 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- The mixture of peppers - 1/4 tsp
- Cream - 50 ml
- Red currants
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Water - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Liver paste with soya jelly
Liver exempt from the films, cut into large pieces, pour with soy sauce. For me the perfect Sauce for stir-frying BOK Kikkoman.
Set aside to marinate.
Finely chop the bacon and vytaplivaete in the pan. I have the fat-streaked meat. Not zasasyvaet to greaves!
Onions and carrots cut arbitrarily, but not small, so the pate will be juicier.
Put the onions and carrots to the fat, add the mixture of peppers and simmer 10 minutes over medium heat.

Next, mix the liver with the vegetables and simmer on low heat with the lid closed 15 minutes.
Give the liver to cool, add the cream.
Grind the paste in a blender to a fine paste. If no blender, then twice a scrollable grinder, and cream added at the end.
Next, take the shot glasses, small cups or glasses.
This snack is great served in glasses, when a lot of guests, or receptions.
For convenience, put the paste in the package, cut the tip and fill them shot glasses (glass) 3/4 full.
I tried to spoon out, but then the glasses get dirty much.
Remove the pate in the fridge better than the freezer to harden for at least 20 minutes, otherwise next jelly will mix with the pate.
Soak gelatin in water for swelling.
Next, heat but do not boil to dissolve gelatin with continuous stirring.
Add to gelatin soy sauce, I have Kikkoman soy sauce for sushi and sashimi, it contains sugar and wine.
Add the lemon juice and dry white wine, stir.
Allow solution to cool.
Get the glasses (shot glasses) with pate. Pour them on top of the pate a solution of soy jelly.
Put in the fridge to full hardening.
Snack chilled. Decorate as desired, any acidic berry. I have red currants, black currants, cranberries, cranberries.
