The recipe is pretty simple, and the result is perfect! Cutlets are delicate, some weightless, very tasty and unusual. May be for a festive Christmas table and not served, but the holidays are long, and the family must be fed every day and, preferably, good.
Ingredients for Chicken Moroccan
- Minced meat - 600 g
- Couscous - 1/2 stack.
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 1 Puig.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp

Couscous pour into a saucepan and pour a glass of boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for 5-7 minutes. Recline on a sieve and let cool.
