I suggest you to make a fragrant and delicious dish of fish. It can be served cold as a snack, and a hot, pre-heated dish. Fish it is best to take white with a minimum of bones. I used walleye and pike pieces. Pike turned out much tastier. This recipe is better to use a fish that holds its shape.

- Vinegar - 150 ml
- Dry white wine - 150 ml
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Juice tangerine - 50 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Cherry tomatoes - 7 PCs
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Fish to clean, gut and rinse well. Dry with a paper towel. If necessary, cut into large pieces. Small fish can be cooked whole.
