A traditional snack for any occasion, how many can remember, our family was "the Language of garlic and mayonnaise." Sometimes it was "Aspic of tongue". I want to offer you a new version of festive appetizers, hearty and delicious... Well, just "the language can be swallowed"!)))
Ingredients for New year's appetizer "Language under a fur coat"
- The language of pork - 1 piece
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Carnation - 2 PCs
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 90 g
- Ketchup - 30 g
- Black pepper - to taste
- Vinegar - 0,5 tbsp.
- Olives - 10 PCs
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 4 PCs
- Butter - 20 g
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking New year's appetizer "Language under a fur coat"
