Ingredients for Chicken drumsticks in a coconut coat
- The drumstick - 6 PCs
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Coconut shavings - 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Mandarin - 4 PCs
- Ginger - 1/2 tsp.
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1 depot.
- Black pepper - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken drumsticks in a coconut coat
Prepare the marinade.
From tangerines and squeeze the juice, add spices and soy sauce. I used a natural soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
I cooked half specified in the recipe serving size.
Shin wash, dry, pour the marinade. Close the container and leave for 4-6 hours (after a couple of hours to turn the other side for even marinating).
For the breading prepare three suitable plates/cups: flour, slightly beaten egg and coconut. Into flour per taste and add salt.
Shin roll first in flour, then in egg, then in coconut flakes.
Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
To shift the shank in a suitable form, which is slightly greased with vegetable oil and put in a preheated 200 deg oven for 30-35 minutes.
