- Sugar - 100 g
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Corn starch - 2 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1.5 tsp.
- Flour - 300 g
- Date - 18 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Biscuits "Bumps"
Blend butter with egg and sugar.
Add sour cream (I have fermented baked milk) and a few drops of flavoring (you can substitute vanilla).
Add the sifted cocoa.
And corn starch (I have "Dr. Oetker"), which will give the liver a special tenderness.
Mix the flour with the baking powder.
Knead plastic dough. Sent for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

Roll out the dough 2-3 mm thick and cut into strips with a width of approximately 2.5-3 cm and a length of about 25 cm.
