- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Orange juice - 60 ml
- Ginger - 25 g
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Orange zest - 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder - 2 tsp.
- The mixture of peppers - 0.5 tsp.
- Chili - 0.5 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- Honey - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Duck with apples, baked in the oven
Duck in its texture close to the game, therefore, requires prior marinating.
Mix the soy sauce with orange juice, add orange zest and grated ginger.
