For the dough in warm water, add sugar, yeast, stir and leave until the cap for 10-15 minutes.

Mushrooms wash, clean, cut not too finely.
Fry in a hot pan for a few minutes.
My mushrooms were frozen, so it was a bit of excess fluid that I had evaporated.
