- Minced meat - 400 g

- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Milk - 50 ml
- Coriander - 0,25 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Make filling. In a pan fry the onion until soft, add the garlic (a few cloves) and chopped mushrooms (I have mushrooms). Season with salt, pepper. Bring to readiness. Cooled stuffing.
