I love raw beets, and, say, it is useful for the body, although I do not make the usefulness of the cult. I cook different variations of salads with raw beets. This recipe "good" - goes with buttermilk dressing, which comprises, in particular, olive oil and other Goodies. Great for a light Breakfast. But, most importantly, the salad was delicious. Well, at least I like it. In my opinion it combines the sweetness of beets with the tartness of the yogurt, tomatoes and lemon juice. Hot pepper and garlic seasoning (in the morning version, the garlic has to lower). I hope that someone else will like it.

Step by step instruction of cooking Salad of raw beets with yogurt

Beets cut into slices, thickness 1 - 2 mm

Put the slices one on another in a stack and cut into strips 1 - 2 mm

Spread in a plate or bowl.

Tomato cut into 1 cm dice, add to the beets and pour the lemon juice.

Prepare the dressing. Take the yogurt and put it in a bowl

Add to the yogurt, olive oil, pepper, garlic and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and mix thoroughly. The oil should "dissolve" in yogurt.
