Ingredients for Beef in a spicy sauce
- Beef - 500 g
- Carrots - 250 g
- Tomato paste - 120 g
- Honey - 50 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp
- Adjika - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Beef in a spicy sauce
Beef wash, Pat dry with paper towel. Cleaned of tendons, cut into large pieces (5-7 cm).
Carrots cut into medium size cubes.
In a deep container to pour the water, add the tomato paste, honey, soy sauce, seasoning, mustard and vegetable oil.
Carefully stir the sauce.
In a saucepan or deep frying pan put the meat, sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
Pour all the sauce, put on fire, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours. If necessary, the sauce can be thickened with potato starch.
