Step by step instruction of cooking Pea soup with mushrooms

Peas fill with water in the evening and leave to swell overnight.

Onions finely chop and passeruem in vegetable oil until transparent.
For non-vegetarian version fry the onion with chopped bacon.

Then add grated carrot and smoked paprika. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add the peas and mushrooms, braised leeks with carrots and soy sauce. Bring to the boil and cook for about 30 minutes.
