- Chickpeas - 1 Cup.

Step by step instruction of cooking Soup "Oshi-burida"
Chickpeas soak overnight in water and boil until almost cooked.
Knead the dough with 1/4 Cup water,1 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 Cup flour.
