Fragrant fluffy pancakes for Pancake week!
Ingredients for Pancakes with tahini and sesame seeds
- Flour - 250 g
- Yogurt - 500 ml
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Paste tahini - 1.5 tbsp
- Yeast - 3.5 g
- Baking powder (baking powder) - 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Sesame - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with tahini and sesame seeds
To the mixture the sifted flour with baking powder and yeast pour the milk room temperature, egg, sugar, salt. Knead well the dough.
Add tahini paste.
Dried sesame seeds until Browning and add to the mixture. The dough cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours.
When the dough has risen to twice bake on a medium heat.
Fragrant rosy delicious pancakes served hot!
