Pancake cake with lemon curd

Very tasty cake. The stuffing recipe I took from a magazine " Cooking workshop". This is the first pancake cake, which I really liked. Lemon syrup soaking pancakes and gives the cake a pleasant taste. To me this taste like a cake "Favorite", which I loved as a child.
Ingredients for Pancake cake with lemon curd
- Milk - 500 ml
- Flour - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Curd - 300 g
- Sugar - 1/3 Stak.
- Water - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancake cake with lemon curd

Add the sugar in the warm milk, yeast and stir. Keep warm for 10 minutes.
