There are so many variants of this dish, I offer You mine. Very, very, well, very tasty! Preparing is not as fast as I like, but it's worth it!
Ingredients for Khachapuri

- Cheese - 2 PCs

Step by step instruction of cooking Khachapuri

Take 2 eggs. Separate the yolks from whites, beat yolks.

Add cold water, stir. And gradually add 3 cups flour.

Make the filling: beat 2 eggs, pour in the protein (the remaining from the dough), syrocki to RUB on a grater, salt and pepper to taste, add butter, mix well.
