Step by step instruction of cooking Tincture "Kuinka"
Kiwi cleaned, cut small cubes (1x1 cm).
Vodka mixed with sugar.
2 (or 3) fill a quart jar kiwi, sweet and fill them with vodka and close the lid. In the absence of glass jars, you can take a plastic bottle of drinking water, storing vodka in plastic for several days, did not hurt her.
Tincture infused for 3 weeks in a dark place at room temperature, for example in a cupboard or nightstand.
After this time strain the infusion through a sieve – remove the kiwi slices. After that, strain it 2-3 times through cotton (I used cotton cosmetic discs). The process is long, so the impatient can and not strain, just shake the bottle before use.
Give the tincture to "rest" for 2-3 days. Yield about 900 ml.
