This meatless pilaf with mushrooms. Insanely delicious!
Ingredients for Pilaf with mushrooms
- Pearl barley - 1 Cup.
- Figure - 1 Cup.
- Mushrooms - 350-400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2-3 PCs
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 2 PCs
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pilaf with mushrooms

Pearl barley and fry until Golden brown. Add 1/2 Cup water, salt and cook under cover on low heat until grits are soft.

Boil the rice until tender.

Fry the mushrooms, add the onion, carrots diced, celery diced, salt, pepper, nutmeg and simmer until tender.

Mix all in a saucepan rice, barley, mushrooms with vegetables, and parsley.
