Somewhere I read that chickpeas are one of the few products that after cooking retains almost all the useful components, and there are about 80. I recommend this soup with chickpeas, the main ingredient to cook simple, hearty and it turns out great.
Ingredients for Chickpea soup in a bread pot
- Chickpeas - 200 g
- Sesame oil - to taste
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Curd - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon - to taste
- Greens - 2 vetos.
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Wholegrain wheat flour - 0,5 stack.
- Water - 180 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chickpea soup in a bread pot

Chickpeas, cover with water and leave overnight.

Drain the water, pour fresh water and cook until tender. Cooking takes about 2 hours. When cooked, I add onion and carrots, so delicious. Season with salt to taste..

While cooking the chickpeas, cook the bread. You can use any recipe. I mix 180 ml. of warm water in which a divorced quick yeast, flour (both kinds), sugar, salt and butter. After half an hour knead the dough and let stand for an hour. To form a round loaf, put into molds, let stand for 15 minutes.

Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees. Cool.

To save half of the chickpeas and broth, where it cooked. To blend, dilute to desired consistency with the broth. Add some chickpeas, mix well. Squeeze a slice of lemon (or two).

To cut off the lid the bread with a spoon to remove the pulp. Garlic clove cut and rubbed slightly the crust of the bread plates.

Spread soup pot, put on top of a pending chickpeas. Pour flavored vegetable oil (I have sesame) and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and garnish with greens.
